SAMPLE 1.  PEOPLE WHO LIKE COOKING  

The person I'd like to talk about today is none other than my wife, Quyen. She loves to cook and takes great pleasure in serving others delectable meals. Her culinary skills are truly amazing, and I'm always in awe of the dishes she makes.

Quyen first became interested in cooking when she made a decision to learn how to cook by watching online tutorial videos and reading cookbooks. She began creating different recipes why preparing  meals for the members in my family. She was greatly inspired to continue honing her cooking abilities by the positive feedback and praise she received from her loved ones.

Quyen's mastery of Vietnamese food is one of her unique features. She is an expert at making typical Vietnamese foods like Bun, Pho or My Quang. Her passion to using real ingredients and exacting attention to detail is a key factor in her dishes' unique textures and extraordinary flavors. Every time she prepares food, it feels like a trip through the cuisine of Vietnam.

Quyen stands out from other cooks due to her genuine passion for serving others food. When she sees people savoring her meal and taking pleasure in every bite, it brings her great delight and satisfaction. 

Without her beside me, I think it would be hard for me to enjoy such distinctive delicacies which are really out of this world.
